The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:

•Knowledge Development (online, independent study or in a classroom) to understand basic principles of scuba diving. This happens in three separate academic sessions at our dive shop.

•Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills. This takes place at Banbury Hotspings and the Twin Falls City Pool over two days. During which you will learn 56 skills used in diving.

•Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore! You will complete 4 Open Water dives. During the summer months (April-Oct) we dive at Dierkes Lake in Twin Falls or at Blue Lake in Wendover, NV. In the winter months (Nov-Mar) the Open Water dives are held at the Homestead Crater in Midway, UT. (extra charges apply).
